SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processed time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped nor delivered on holidays. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Staceyannsquire.com ships to addresses within the U.S, we do not ship to PO Boxes addresses.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item over $50 you should consider purchasing shipping insurance.

We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that was reasonably believe to have been delivered.

Same day delivery

For Bergen County New Jersey residents on orders by 3pm.

International Shipping Policy

We curently do not ship outside the U.S.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thanks for purchasing our products at staceyannsquire.com.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. It must be in the original packaging.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement, your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Sale or Discounted items (if applicable)

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded unfortunately sale or items where a discount was used cannot be refunded.
